EUCOAT 3035 is a high‑performance, fire‑resistive indoor coating for thermal insulation systems, serving as both a durable finish and a lagging/lap adhesive for canvas and glass cloth. It brushes smoothly for uniform coverage, maintains a clean white, non‑yellowing appearance, and offers a washable surface for easy removal of grease, oil, soot, and other contaminants. Applied in two coats with reinforcing fabric, it provides a robust protective finish for insulated AC ducts and cold‑water piping. In areas with sustained humidity above 75% or where chilled water, brine, or refrigerants are present, supplemental vapor‑barrier protection is recommended.

DEUCOAT 3035 provides reliable vapor-retarder performance for all common cold and dual-temperature insulation systems. It seals fittings, piping, and equipment insulated with mineral fiber, cellular glass, polyisocyanurate, polyurethane, polystyrene, phenolic, and open-cell polyethylene foams. It also seals joints on foil-faced boards and factory-applied vapor-sealed materials (pre-testing recommended) and repairs punctures from pins or staples in vapor-retarder facings.
